Protecting our customers’ personal data
At the zdenek-lhotský.com e-shop, we pay great attention to personal data protection. This document contains information on what personal data we process, whether we process the data on the basis of consent or on the basis of other legal reasons, for what purposes we use your data, to whom we can pass on your data, and what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. We process and use your personal data in accordance with Czech legal regulations (Act No. 101/2000, the Personal Data Protection Act) and European legislation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

Purposes, legal titles, and processing period of personal data
After ordering goods from the zdenek-lhotsky.com e-shop, we use your personal data for the purpose of filling your order (sending the ordered goods, making payment, invoicing, or responding to complaints) on the legal basis of contract performance. Your order cannot be processed without the processing of your personal data.
For these purposes, we process only the following personal data: name, surname, company ID, tax ID, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, email address.
We process the personal data thus acquired for the period allowed by Sec. 35, paragraph 2 of Act No. 235/2004 on value added tax, as amended by later regulations.
We process this personal data for the duration of our commercial relationship, but no longer than 10 years after its conclusion.
If you write to us at a specific email address, we do not process your personal data and use it only for the purpose of resolving your questions, requests, and suggestions.
If you contact us via telephone, your call is not monitored.
Transfer of personal data
We use all personal data obtained from customers exclusively for our company’s internal needs, protect this data against misuse, and do not provide it to third parties without prior notice or your consent.
Exceptions include government agencies and companies that provide various services for us such as transportation, payment, or developing our e-shop. We may or must provide your personal data to these companies to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth execution of your order or the functioning and improvement of the sales process.

We contractually require these service providers to process your personal data in accordance with the terms of personal data protection and applicable legislation.

Despite the above information, we are not capable of using cookies to identify you as a specific physical individual.
You can easily delete cookies from your computer or other device by using your browser. Instructions for how to work with and remove cookies can be found in your browser’s “Help” menu. If you do so, however, it is possible that some parts of our website will not display properly for you, browsing the site will be more complicated, and it will not offer products reflecting your needs.
Statistical data If you use our website, we collect statistical data on your activities that we use to improve our services. Here, too, we are unable to identify you as a specific physical individual.
Google Analytics This is a service from Google Inc. that enables an analysis of our e-shop. The information generated during the use of our website is sent to Google’s servers, where it is subsequently stored. Google uses this information to analyze user behavior on our website and subsequently provides us with this analysis.
You have the right to receive information on the personal data of yours that we process. You also have the right to change or block incorrect or out-of-date data, the right to limit data processing, and the right to object to processing. In certain cases, you have the right to have it deleted. In addition, we are obligated to, at your request, transfer your personal data to a personal data controller/processor of your choice.
If you are convinced that we are not handling your data appropriately and in line with laws and regulations, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection).
